One Nine Elms – 172 Steel Doors Supplied

In partnership with the main contractor and sub-contractor, Multiplex and Houston Cox respectively, along with Architect, KPS, Rotec were commissioned to supply an extensive steel door package of x172 doors, featuring x167 Fire-Rated Steel Doors and x5 Standard Steel Doors on the One Nine Elms project.

Focusing on the project’s specific security requirements, Rotec provided ongoing technical expertise and a bespoke product solution by value design engineering in drop seal installation in exchange of door thresholds.

The bespoke solutions provided in our door set cad drawing designs prior to manufacture, met the approval of the architect and client, with jamb entrance frame and door features being completely flush as requested.

Collaboration with numerous stakeholders including the automation sub-contractor for the controlled automation access, allows Rotec to stay at the forefront of tech, and most importantly keeps us as the clients safeguard to ensuring the locking systems being used do not compromise the security, safety and compliance certification.

Having worked on numerous residential projects over the years, including Beam Park and Blackhorse Mills, we were confident in our ability to deliver the project to a high-quality completion.
