Unity Square – 50 Steel Doors Supplied

Having worked with Bowmer and Kirkland on several projects to date, Rotec was appointed to manage the supply and installation of the steel door package of x50 doors, which consist of x37 Standard Steel Doors andx13 LPS 1175 SR2 Security-Rated Steel Doors.

Early collaboration with numerous stakeholders including the automation sub-contractor company, gave us the technical information we required to set our steel door goals in delivering the desired access control systems.

Working under such unprecedented circumstances and continually changing restrictions, maintaining close communication with the architect and main contractor was key to achieving a successful project outcome. With our expertise in construction document control, our processes and systematic approach to delivering on time became the project’s final success.
