Background & Experience: 

My previous role was as a Key Account Manager providing tailored solutions for clients in the LVT flooring market, where I regularly engaged with customers, visited sites to understand their needs firsthand, and built strong relationships to support ongoing project requirements.

How did you end up working as a Business Development Manager?: 

I’d always been interested in working within a project-based business, and joining Rotec offered a great opportunity to broaden my outlook, develop new skills, and contribute to work that has a clear impact from concept through to delivery.

Key Accomplishments and Contributions in current role: 

I’ve learnt a huge amount in the short time I’ve been at Rotec, and together we’ve opened doors to new markets and secured work with some fantastic new clients.

What does your day-to-day look like? 

In BD, we’re responsible for handing over well-qualified, high-quality opportunities to our sales team. Our focus is to add value at every client touchpoint and to be involved early in each project, ensuring clients get the full benefit of what Rotec can bring to their schemes.

How long have you worked at Rotec? 

It’ll be a year in January!
